MEET OUR TEAM
Dave Carroll
David Carroll has been in the fitness industry for over 35 years, in both the public and private sector, starting out as a leisure attendant at a sports centre working his way towards being a gym Instructor. Alongside his work, Dave trained and competed in Karate and Aikido, at the highest level.
He later moved from being a gym instructor to teaching numerous fitness classes, including boxercise; spin; aqua classes, Zumba, yoga, and so much more. He worked every day to keep up with the latest trends in the fitness industry and gained a number of qualifications to strengthen his experience and knowledge.
Over the last 10 years, Dave has moved his focus towards personal fitness instructing, aiming to help his clients focus on and achieve their goals, whether it was training for a marathon or simply improving their health.
Today, as a Level 4 obesity and diabetes instructor, and a Level 4 personal trainer, his client-base has boomed since he based himself in Liverpool, and the successes his clients as individuals have achieved have truly reflected the effect he has had on their general health and fitness.
Dave has played a key role in helping each of his clients to reach their own set targets, and he couldn’t be prouder of them for sticking to their objectives. “There is nothing more satisfying to me than helping others to reach their lifestyle/fitness goals, but it couldn’t be done without the commitment and dedication I ask of them from the very beginning.”
It’s not easy to make a change to your overall lifestyle, and there is certainly no such thing as a quick fix. But when you have excellent 1:1 support from a trainer with a wide variety of knowledge and expertise, who listens to your wants and needs and accommodates your enthusiasm for different physical activities, you have every chance of succeeding when you enjoy the exercise you do and the food you eat.
